Fever Tree
Commissioned by Pacific Building Ltd in collaboration with Russell Sage Studios, the FeverTree Bar was created as a striking sculptural installation within the Edinburgh Airport Departure Lounge. Delivered in 2022, the piece formed a key visual feature for the branded bar environment, setting the tone for a premium, design-led hospitality space.
Sculpture & Design fabricated the installation using stained and lacquered birch plywood, selected for its warmth, grain character, and ability to achieve crisp, precise forms. The structure was assembled using bespoke steel connectors, designed and engineered specifically for the project to ensure both strength and elegant detailing. This combination of natural timber and tailored metalwork created a refined sculptural presence with a strong material identity.
The final work brings together craftsmanship, technical problem-solving, and visual sophistication, contributing to an uplifting, memorable setting for travellers passing through the airport.
