Sonsie
Commissioned by Sonsie and designed by Imogen Cloet, this 2021 project involved the creation of a series of bespoke interpretive pieces for the National Trust's Seaton Delaval Hall. The commission comprised an Anchor, Coal Table, and a suite of Display Cabinets, each developed to support the Hall's narrative and enhance the visitor experience.
Sculpture & Design worked closely with the designer to fabricate each element with precision, ensuring that the materials, finishes, and construction methods aligned with the historical context of Seaton Delaval Hall. The resulting works blend contemporary craftsmanship with references to the site's industrial and maritime heritage, adding tactile depth and storytelling to the interpretive displays.
